Subsidy for Logistic unit

 

Subsidy for Logistics units as characterized in the strategy, will be qualified for following monetary incentives

1.   Capital Interest Subsidy in type of repayment to the degree of 5% PA for a very long time on credit taken for acquirement of material dealing with gear, loading and unloading plant and hardware, subject to greatest INR 50 lacs for every annum per unit.

2.   Foundation Interest Subsidy in type of repayment to the degree of 5% PA for a very long time on credit taken for improvement of infrastructural conveniences for self-utilize like streets, solar panels, drainage, erection of electrical cables, and many more subject to greatest INR 1 Crore for every annum, with a general roof of INR 5crores.

3.   Electricity duty exemption: 100% exclusion for 10years to new logistics units set up.

4.   Stamp duty exemption: 100% exemption on purchase of land in Bundelkhand and Purvanchal locale, 75% in Madhyanchal and Paschimanchal (aside from GB Nagar, Ghaziabad) and half in GB Nagar and Ghaziabad regions.

5.   EPF repayment office to the degree of half of boss' commitment to all new Logistics units giving direct work to at least 100 untalented specialists, and extra 10% of manager's commitment on direct work to 200 talented and incompetent laborers.

6.   Land use transformation charges – half concession ashore use change charges to characterized logistics units.

7.   Improvement Charges – Development charges will be imposed distinctly on the offices utilized by the unit in the Master Plan space of the concerned Development authority and a symbolic sum will be charged if none of the facilities are utilized.

8.  Quality confirmation of Warehouses – half of cost of value certification upto greatest INR 1.5 lacs, will be repaid to units characterized in this strategy.

9.  Skill Development incentives – Units giving expertise preparing in Warehouse the executives, Logistics management, and so forth will be repaid INR1000 per student each month for 6months up to greatest 50trainees per annum for 5years.
